Ben Richards

Ben is the Customer Experience Lead (CDO) for WPP's largest integrated agency, gtb. In this role he runs user experience for its clients through a combination of creative, UX/UI, strategy, sales, social, product innovation and technology. Awarded for his work with Ford, Channel 4, John Lewis and Warner Bros, his passion is unifying creatives, data and technologists, as only together we can change the world.

Prior to gtb, Ben was Creative Lead at Microsoft EMEA ,where his core focus was on merging brands and technologies together. In his spare time, he writes bios that refer to himself in the third person.
