Over the past 12 months, Iceland Foods, the privately owned high street food retailer that turns 50 next year, has been a pioneer in viral content. Whether it be to support in their CSR endeavours, or to elevate awareness of their promotional campaigns, Iceland has unexpectedly made waves amongst the social realm.

A Marketing graduate from the University of Liverpool, Lucy is on the Iceland Graduate Scheme; challenged in 2018 with penetrating a previously untapped demographic for Iceland; developing and executing their Gen Z Strategy.

This included managing their national omni-channel Student Discount Campaign, in line with the Fresher’s period, which through ensuring every touchpoint was met, generated £4.2m in revenue across the 6 weeks it was live.
