Jason Griffiths

Joining the Burton Group PLC back in 1993 and starting his career initially on the product side before making a move 5 years later into more familiar discipline of Marketing & Communications. Jason has subsequently worked on several of the Group’s (now Arcadia Group) Brands and specialised throughout within menswear. At the turn of the millennium he joined TOPMAN at a pivotal point in its evolution and fast following sister-Brand TOPSHOP in leading fashion on the British high-street. Over the last 8 years in his role as Marketing & Communciations Director he has formed part of the Board team that has seen the Brand grown to a total of 503 doors globally and operates now across 33 countries. Working closely with his team on the launch campaign and activations in several territories most noteworthy the fully-owned enterprise in US where there are now 11 flagship stores and a burgeoning partnership with Nordstrom. Passionate in the delivery of the TOPMAN strategy to support emerging design talent within the UK through instigation 12 years ago of the MAN partnership with FashionEast and working closely with the British Fashion Council on the instigation of its scheme - NEWGEN MEN which the Brand supported for over 5 years he has also worked closely on aligning TOPMAN with long term cause-related partnerships with likes of EVERYMAN Campaign; Teenage Cancer Trust and now most recently CALM.
