Sam Tomlinson

Sam leads PwC’s multi-award-winning Customer, Marketing & Media Insight team. Our services cover customer data analytics, marketing effectiveness, media assurance, audience reporting and third party media audits. In the past year we supported the UK Government in its £140m media-buying review, worked with ISBA to evolve its media agency framework agreement, audited the campaign delivery and reporting of digital out-of-home billboard impressions for JCDecaux, and supported a major international telecoms provider in a marketing and media efficiency project covering 10 markets. Sam's team is also responsible for the 6-monthly IAB/PwC Digital Adspend Study.
